Shipping And Returns Policy
BST upholds a strict No Refunds Policy, but you are permitted to make a one time exchange. To make an exchange, return the merchandise (including Garments, Accessories, instructions, and any other components) in the ORIGINAL packaging. All merchandise must be in like-new condition and accompanied by the original receipt. ALL Requests for exchanges MUST be submitted in writing to customerservice@BSTMedicalSupply.com within 24 hours of the delivery date of the item in question, time enough for our clients to review the product and determine if it will fit or if it must be exchanged. At our discretion, we may decline your exchange request for items that we determine are damaged or show signs of wear like but not limited to dirt, powder and/or liquid stains, perfume, body odor, abuse or misuse.
At BST we take our clients health and well-being very seriously and we strive to maintain a high level of hygiene with all our products, for that reason we DO NOT restock or resale any returned items.
Be ware that majority of our garments that have a zipper also have hooks for reinforcement. Failure to use all hooks will cause zippers to fail and your exchange to be declined. All declined exchanges will be returned to the client at his/her expense. In the event that the client declines to pay for the return expenses the product in question will be disposed of with in the following 24 hours.

Pick Up Information
- No walk-ins allowed. Pick up at the door.
- Business hours: Mon-Fri 8am to 3pm (Pick-up time will be set ONLY during business hours). No pick-up after 3pm.

All orders received after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing next business day.
Standard Shipping (Ground, First Class, Free Shipping) domestic orders will ship 1 to 5 business day, Holidays may affect shipping schedules.
- Most domestic and some international orders will be processed using the United States Postal Service, (USPS) to keep cost down and maintain free shipping for most domestic orders. Once the carrier company has possession of the package it is out of the control of Body Shape Tech.
- Package theft has become a serious problem in some areas for that reason it is left at the discretion of the Customer to request an alternate shipping method in which case the Customer will choose the company or method and will pay the shipping charges.

Weekends And Holidays
Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping/transit time. Express orders shipped on Friday can be expected on the following business day (typically Monday, unless Monday is a holiday). Express shipping is a service of the carrier and exceptions to the expected delivery time are at the discretion of the carrier.

BST's shipping department will be closed on the following holidays:
- Last Monday in May (Memorial Day)
- July 4 (Independence Day)
- First Monday in September (Labor Day)
- Fourth Thursday + Friday in November (Thanksgiving)
- December 24th to January 1st (New Year's Day)
- Plus Federal Holidays
Black Friday and Cyber Monday
Shipping delays may occur during Body Shape Tech's annual Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday sales event due to increased volume.
