Refund policy
Body Shape Tech does not make cash refunds under any circumstances.
Only merchandise exchange, provided the item returned is in perfect condition. Requests for exchange must be made within 24 hours of delivery of the item, time enough for the customer to try the garment on and determine if it will fit.
All exchange requests must be made in writing via email at customerservice@bstmedicalsupply.com
We will not restock for resale an item that shows signs of wear like dirt or powder stains, perfume or any other odor, or abuse and misuse.
All garments that use a zipper also have hooks to reinforce the zipper. Failure to make correct use of all hooks will cause zippers to fail and no exchange or refund will be processed for this reason.
We take our customers' hygiene very seriously and for that reason we are extremely particular with returns. In the event a returned garment is less than perfect it will be denied an exchange and it will be returned to the customer at his/her expense.
