BST upholds a strict No Refunds Policy, but you are permitted to make a one time exchange. To make an exchange, return the merchandise (including Garments, Accessories, instructions, and any other components) in the ORIGINAL packaging. All merchandise must be in like-new condition and accompanied by the original receipt. ALL Requests for exchanges MUST be submitted in writing to customerservice@BSTMedicalSupply.com within 24 hours of the delivery date of the item in question, time enough for our clients to review the product and determine if it will fit or if it must be exchanged. At our discretion, we may decline your exchange request for items that we determine are damaged or show signs of wear like but not limited to dirt, powder and/or liquid stains, perfume, body odor, abuse or misuse. At BST we take our clients health and well-being very seriously and we strive to maintain a high level of hygiene with all our products, for that reason we DO NOT restock or resale any returned items. Be ware that majority of our garments that have a zipper also have hooks for reinforcement. Failure to use all hooks will cause zippers to fail and your exchange to be declined. All declined exchanges will be returned to the client at his/her expense. In the event that the client declines to pay for the return expenses the product in question will be disposed of with in the following 24 hours.
